Evergreen Beauty College’s Olympia campus partnered with The Youth Connection located in Shelton, WA as they hosted their “Somewhere over the Rainbow” Pride prom event on Friday, June 21st.
The Youth Connection is a local organization that supports young people in the community ages 12-24, offering a variety of support services from personal care to transitional housing and more. The prom attendees had the exciting opportunity to work with our talented EBC Olympia future professionals as they got pampered with their hair and makeup services in preparation for the evening’s special event.
EBC Olympia’s Campus Director Jordan Hanson shared, “Our future professionals felt truly honored to work with the deserving youth while creating their custom looks to pair with their formal dress. Our goal was to help them not only look beautiful but to feel beautiful too.”
